- Mr. P.V.S. Giridhar, Senior Partner
 P.V.S.Giridhar received a Degree in Law from the University of Madras in 1987, after a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He began his career in 1987 in the chambers of Mr.P.Jayaraman, Senior Advocate and later Mr.P.Chidambaram, Senior Advocate as a Junior Advocate. He established the firm in 1992.
Mr. Giridhar is a member of the Madras High Court Advocates Association, and served as its Librarian in the Year 1998-99. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Madras West and is on the Board as Director of Vocational Service. His interests include reading, travel, trekking, music and dancing.
Mr.Giridhar’s areas of expertise include Constitutional and Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Family Law and Private International Law. He has handled briefs in U.S., Malaysia, and Singapore in association with lawyers in these countries, and has been involved in International Arbitration. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Patent Law. He is a trained Mediator and is on the panel of Mediators of the Madras High Court, having received accreditation from the Chief Justice of India.
Mr.Giridhar also has extensive experience in Public Interest Litigation in the following areas: trauma care facilities for victims of motor accidents on highways, custodial and extra-judicial violence, public health and internment of refugees. He is also the legal consultant for various UN affiliated organisations. He has travelled widely and has lectured in various Universities in U.S.A., U.K. and Europe, including Oxford University, University of Michigan, and Brussels School of International Studies, affiliated to the University of Kent.
